Medical Psychology Residency for Post-Doctoral Psychological Assistants
The Ibemed Medical Psychology Residency currently has a position available for a post-doctoral psychological assistant. The Ibemed Medical Psychology Residency trains psychologists to provide integrated behavioral medicine services in medical settings. Training sessions cover therapeutic approaches, the DSM V, ethics, neuroscience, neurocognitive evaluations, pathophysiology, pharmacology, advanced topics in medical psychology, and research. Post-doctoral psychological assistants accrue hours towards licensure in this training program. The goal of this residency is to help post-doctoral psychological assistants become excellent medical psychologists.
Ibemed, a professional psychological corporation, provides integrated behavioral medicine services throughout Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties). Travel is required for this position.
Requirements: Ph.D. or Psy.D.
