 Biofeedback


Biofeedback enables patients to gain greater awareness of their physiological state. By implementing biofeedback stress reduction strategies, patients are able to decrease their stress and increase their relaxation.

 Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy (CRT)


Cognitive rehabilitation therapy (CRT) is used for patients who are experiencing attention, concentration, and memory problems. In CRT, patients develop skills to help decrease the impact of their cognitive deficits and improve their overall cognitive functioning.

 Motivational Interviewing


Motivational interviewing is a focused, goal oriented psychological therapy. Through motivational interviewing, patients work to resolve ambivalence in order to achieve behavior change.

 Prolonged Exposure


Prolonged exposure is a step-by-step therapeutic approach that helps patients decrease the impact of traumatic memories and emotions. Through the gradual exposure of the patient to the trauma, the patient learns to decrease their trauma related anxiety.

 Brief Psychotherapy


Brief psychotherapy is short term, solution focused therapy. Through brief psychotherapy, the patient and psychologist work together to pro-actively treat the patient’s problems.

 Psychodynamic Psychotherapy


Through psychodynamic psychotherapy, patients take a deeper look at their psychological problems. Patients then work through these problems in order to achieve greater psychological health

 Play Therapy


Play therapy is a psychological therapy used with children. Through play therapy, children overcome their psychological problems through play.
